Responsibilities
Manage product and enterprise client projects end-to-end, from onboarding to delivery, ensuring milestones are met on time and with high quality.
Coordinate cross-functional work across product, engineering, design, and legal/compliance teams.
Translate client needs into clear requirements and actionable tasks for internal teams.
Track progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve blockers to maintain project momentum.
Own communication with clients, providing structured updates, timelines, and documentation.
Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize delivery processes for efficiency and client satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of project or program management experience in SaaS, B2B software, or tech startups.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects with structured execution and documentation skills.
Experience working with cross-functional technical teams and translating requirements into deliverables.
Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Notion, Asana, or similar).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented, solution-focused mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing AI or automation projects.
PMP or Agile certification.
Background in client-facing roles.
